Recruitment
We are always pleased to receive applications from school leavers, students and qualified architects wishing to join the Practice.

Since 1979 we have operated a programme of training for post-Part II architectural students working towards their final examinations; we aim to engage at least one new student each year. That has been extremely successful and following their time with us most students qualify at their first attempt and become established members of the practice. We also operate a rigorous CPD programme and encourage staff to achieve further qualifications in other fields.

Prospective applicants may wish to consider participating in our RIBA Part III Forum, which will allow them an opportunity to experience our approach to problem solving and will give them an opportunity to display their skills in an informal atmosphere.

Current vacancies

RIBA Part II/III Architectural Assistant

We are seeking a talented applicant to join our team to work on a variety of construction, consultancy and building pathology projects throughout the UK. Part II applicants will be encouraged to work towards and achieve their RIBA Part III qualification. You should demonstrate a grasp of building technology; an ability to draw well - in a variety of media; and, the ability to write clearly and precisely.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver will be an advantage for the successful applicant.

Post-part III Architect

We also have a vacancy for a recently qualified Architect to become involved in our busy portfolio of refurbishment and extension schemes. You will also be involved in our technical research and consultancy work. We are also seeking candidates who may be interested in undertaking investigations into building fabric failures and potentially acting in construction disputes on behalf of Clients, Insurers and Contractors throughout the UK.

These are both exciting and challenging opportunities for dynamic and motivated applicants.

Applications should be accompanied by CV's and examples of work in a variety of media - both traditional and contemporary.

Please send a CV and letter of application to Mr S J Potter RIBA.

Applicants should note that for technical and architectural positions we offer a 36 hour week. We do not accept applications from Agencies.
