We are delighted to be instructed by the Trustees of The United Charities of Romaldkirk in connection with this project. The project is in two parts: the conversion and subdivision of the existing Church Hall to provide two one/two bedroom residential units, and the conversion and modernisation of the properties in Hutchinson Terrace to form two, two bedroom residential units with contemporary bathrooms & kitchens. At the same time the scheme will upgrade the services installations, and provide current standards of thermal insulation to the Hutchinson Terrace properties.

Both properties are Grade II listed and feature mid-late 19C stonework, stone and slate covered roofs, and elaborate stone hood moulds to windows and doors.

We are currently preparing technical design information for Hutchinson Terrace, and developing conceptual designs for the Church Hall. Work is scheduled to begin in 2020 with Completion in early 2021.
