This scheme for a private Client involves the replacement of an existing flat roof, which is suffering with condensation problems.

The building used to be the village Church Hall, and was converted into two Dwellings. The construction of the new flat roof was a part of this development. Our Client purchased one of the Dwellings in 2017, and have since noted areas of apparent water entry within the rooms directly below the new flat roof construction, which is most likely being caused by condensation within the roof void.

We are appointed to provide architectural services to develop a technical solution for the roofing problems, and to prepare the necessary Drawings and specification information package for issue to a suitable Contractor. We are also appointed to act as Contract Administrator through the construction period, which will included inspection and certification of the Works.
