This scheme for a private Client involves the remodelling of the existing Kitchen and Utility Room spaces to create an open-plan Dining / Kitchen area with new large glazed door opening to reorientate the space towards the south facing terrace to the rear of the property. As part of the remodelling works, the proposal includes the dismantling and rebuilding of the existing single storey extension to provide a new Utility Room and Ground Floor WC facility.

We are appointed to provide architectural services from inception to completion, including the submission of any required Planning or Building Control Applications; the preparation of a Tender package including the production of Technical Drawings, Specification and Prelminaries, and a Schedule of Works for issue to suitable Contractors. Once we receive a satisfactory Tender and the works commence on site, we will also act as Contract Administrator through the construction period, which will included inspection and certification of the Works.

We are currently in the initial stages of the design development.
