Projects
2024 has brought a continuing demand for our building pathology and expert witness services.
We are now working on architectural projects in Northumberland, Romaldkirk, Newcastle upon Tyne, and Kent.
We continue to act throughout the UK as expert advisers and building pathologists. We are now working on building disputes in Nottingham, London, Portsmouth, Sheffield, Shrewsbury, and Newcastle upon Tyne. Please see link below to our Expert Witness entry on the UK Register of Expert Witnesses:
Many of the buildings upon which we advise suffer problems of water penetration through roofs, walls, and basements, or are experiencing severe condensation, and we are pleased to advise upon failures of construction, or of design. We can also prepare and implement schemes of remedial works.
Design: Refurbishment & Extension: Works to the Church Hall & Hutchinson Terrace, Romaldkirk
Design: Refurbishment: Works to Drummond Hall, Kent
Design: Refurbishment: Works to Grainger Park Road, Newcastle upon Tyne
We continue to update our Expert Witness page to feature Case Studies: each tale has a moral.
