Gaprigg Court, Hexham

A remedial scheme for a three-storey mixed-use building located in the centre of Hexham to remedy water penetration problems. The scheme involves the removal and reconstruction of gable ‘stonework’ including new cavity trays, new concrete copings to gables, leadwork, and re-slating work. A Tender package has been issued including Technical Drawings, Specification, Preliminaries and a Schedule of Costs and a Contractor has been appointed.

We will act as Contract Administrator throughout the construction period, inspecting and certifying the Works.  The Works have commenced on Site and are due for completion.
