This proposal involves the erection of a small extension to provide a lobbied front entrance, including a Ground Floor WC facility to a dwelling located in a Conservation Area. The scheme also includes modifications to the neighbouring property to create a continuous mono-pitch roof to both porches. Modifications to the external paving will provide level access.

We are appointed to provide architectural services from inception to completion, including the submission of Planning or Building Control Applications; the preparation of a Tender package including the production of Technical Drawings, a Specification and Preliminaries, and a Schedule of Works for Tendering. We will also act as Contract Administrator throughout the construction period.

A Contractor has been appointed and the Works are currently on Site.
