A First Floor extension over an existing Garage to provide a Study / Studio space, as well as an extension to the rear of the property to create a Garden Room with balcony access to provide uninterrupted views of the garden. The design included a frameless glass balustrade and hot-dip galvanised steel deck to form the new balcony to the Garden Room. We provided architectural services from inception to completion, which included the obtaining of Planning Permission that required a successful Planning Appeal application following a rejection by the Local Authority.
