Private House, Low Fell 1

A project for the refurbishment of a John Dobson designed Grade II Listed building dating from 1824. The work involved the replacement and remodelling of the existing kitchen, and the creation of a new En-suite to the Master Bedroom. This was achieved by re-arrangement of the existing First Floor Bedrooms. The scheme also added a Ground Floor WC, and remodelled much of the drainage.

Our role included the provision of architectural services from inception to completion including design development, a Building Regulations Application, tendering, and Contract Administration.
