Projects

2021 has brought a continuing demand for our building pathology and expert witness services.

We are now working on architectural projects in Northumberland, Brough, Romaldkirk, West Lothian, and Kent.

We continue to act throughout the UK as expert advisers and building pathologists. We are now working on building disputes in Leeds, London and Sheffield.

Many of the buildings upon which we advise suffer problems of water penetration through roofs, walls, and basements, or are experiencing severe condensation, and we are pleased to advise upon failures of construction, or of design.  We can also prepare and implement schemes of remedial works.

Design: Refurbishment & Extension: Work to 10-12 Castle View, Brough

Design: Refurbishment & Extension: Works to the Church Hall & Hutchinson Terrace, Romaldkirk

Design: Refurbishment: Works to 217 Ramsgreave Drive, Blackburn

Design: Refurbishment & Extension: Works to West Clarewood, Matfen.

We continue to update our Expert Witness page to feature Case Studies: each tale has a moral.
