Expert Witness
A prominent aspect of our work involves the provision of expert witness services in connection with mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation in construction disputes. We prepare detailed appraisals of causes of failure with recommendations for remedial works, including cost estimates. We also consider and advise upon allegations of negligence by consultants, and in connection with adaptation to property consequent upon personal injury claims, particulary those arising from road traffic accidents.

We are also able to advise on patent and copyright matters for component and system manufacturers and on behalf of architects, building owners and contractors. We have experience in the giving of evidence in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) having attended the TCC in London and Liverpool. We are also instructed as Single Joint Experts.
