Private House, Gosforth 2

This scheme involved the demolition of an existing 1980s single-storey extension to a late Victorian terraced dwelling, and the erection of a double-storey extension incorporating a Kitchen and Bathroom facility. We provided architectural services from inception to completion, including the obtaining of Planning Permission granted following a successful Planning Appeal against an initial rejection of the proposals by the Local Authority. The project incorporated bespoke sandstone structural elements externally, and specially made external door and window components.
